



Le Vieux Tamarin, the restaurant of the Alamanda hotel, introduces diners to refined cuisine with local and exotic flavours, taking its inspiration from island products such as fish, spices, ""Old-Time"" fruits and vegetables, etc. Specialities include: - ""Minute"" tuna tartare with sweet pepper and aubergine caviar, - Brochettes of giant freshwater shrimps with red pepper and lime sauce, - Sweet potato cake with chocolate sauce. Open every day from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Cocktails can also be enjoyed at the outdoor bar, open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Musical entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings.
