


Le Cap is the restaurant of the Boucan Canot hotel in Saint-Gilles les Bains. It offers a panoramic view of the beach and the ocean. Le Cap's lunchtime and dinner menus offer Creole and French specialities. Amongst the dishes to be savoured are fresh heart of palm salad, foie gras, strips of beef, lamb cutlets, coryphæna fillet, grilled lobster, meringue pyramid, etc. The restaurant is labelled ""Réunion Qualité Tourisme"". Open daily from 12:00 midday to 2:00 p.m., and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. Bar open until 11:00 p.m. Evenings: smart dress only.
