Specialities include crab and shrimp cake with oranges and pink grapefruit, crispy oyster mushroom and crawfish ravioli, and baluchon moelleux with white chocolate. Lunchtime ""Tip of the Hat"" formula. Open from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The bar is open from 8 a.m. to 1 o'clock in the morning. Reservation advised. In the hotel gardens, the Spa (opened in July 2009) is designed around the many beneficial properties of water, dispensing SOTHYS body and beauty care treatments in its 6 cabins.
