
The D.C.P. (Dispositif de Concentration de Poissons) restaurant exclusively serves fresh Réunion fish based on a simple concept: ""from the boat to the plate"". The menu offers dishes such as oven-cooked, steamed or grilled swordfish and sea bream, in addition to marlin and tuna (tartare, carpaccio and sushi). The Restaurant de Tourisme is open from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers a catering service. Fishmonger's at the front, next to the restaurant.
